Peblee Recommends:
May I please recommend some hilarity be added to your comic diet? Please if you love yourself and/or your mother, buy Devil Dinosaur by Eric Powell. It is excellent, funny and full of the best dialogue. It also sports a reinvention of the origin of the Hulk. It is sort of Marvel Meets Warner Brothers, except we all know that in the real world it was Warner Brothers takes DC by the nuts and squeezes the presses into manufacturing perverse numbers of books until a deal with Wal-Mart and other stores had to be made to move the books for next to nothing, causing a loss and the eventual near collapse of the comic market, but who pays attention to that stuff anyway?
Fumanchu Recommends:
Oh how I have urged you to read this comic, but you won’t heed my warnings! But the story arc begins anew, and now is the perfect time to start collecting. The one downside is that anyone who reads this comic will get hooked and be forced to by all 41 back issues for a hefty sum of ill-gotten gold.
