Night Mary #3

Man, I’m starting to get the feeling that Mary is an extremely ill fortuned person. Not only must she live with her catatonic mother and enter the dreams of truly and deeply disturbed people, but now she is constantly confronted by a presence in these dreams. On top of that her patients have been going homicidal of late. So I guess you couldn’t really call that fortune, as it seems to be consciously perpetrated by some nare-do-well subconscious fiend, but it still sucks.

I will warn both of my readers that this is not a light hearted comic. In fact, it is downright horrific. The artwork is sketchy, swirling, and almost entirely devoid of color. This creates a truly confusing and scary mood which fits perfectly with the writing. I know that this is an IDW comic and so it will cost you an extra buck, but trust me. It is worth it.
