Klarion #4

If you aren’t collecting this, it is because you either haven’t read any of our reviews on it, or because you think we are a couple of useless idiots, in which case you probably aren’t going to read this review. The rest of you fall woefully out of category, so you had better act quick before the universe senses this paradox and you cease to be. Your one chance is to buy Klarion 1-4 before it is far too expensive for your mom to buy it at Christmas.

Grant Morrison has shown himself to be a brilliant writer, but this series is probably the best out of all of the Seven Soldiers series. It is bizarre and macabre while at the same time enthralling and hilarious. At last the true origins of Limbo Town are revealed, and they are strange. More than this, I will only say that Frazer Irving’s art is truly unique, and should not be missed by any collector. What more reason do you need? Forgo that ass-crack-of-noon trip to Denny’s and drop by the comic shop.
