We are currently in the process of constructing our website, and will soon have a ton of exciting, and hopefully hilarious content for you to check out. Here at Near Mint Minus we plan to offer reviews on all of the latest comics (or at least the ones we like), and perhaps feature some classics that we run across and defile by actually reading. We believe in comics as legitimate reading materials, art pieces, as well as time-worn slave-drivers of nerdom. They are at the vanguard of modern creativity, as well as the mightiest propagator of morality, good versus evil, and the great inner dilemmas that face those possessing power. We will offer not only reviews, but previews, insane predictions, unintelligible meanderings on non-central events and possibilities, wish lists, and surmises that can only be reached by the casual or uneducated comic reader. We will also offer recommendations for the speculating collector/investor, mad tips for creators and artists, and interviews with them. We are not afraid of criticizing that which deserves it. Make no mistake, this site will not be blanket praise, although I must say that we thoroughly admire Marvel, DC, WildStorm, Dark Horse, and sometimes Image for keeping the torch ablaze all these years. Also on this site you will be able to have a personal email account, participate in forums, a quarterly newsletter, and hopefully advance teasers on those comics you salivate over.
