Outsiders 35

Well, many-an-question are answered here today, and because my distasteful yet heart-felt remarks from last review, I have decided to cover this issue. The Outsiders, or at least the current members, were all presumed dead after Infinite Crisis. But this was exactly what Nightwing wanted. He wanted the Outsiders to be able to work under the radar, and what better way than to be dead? As for what they are doing in Mali while the world is still falling apart, they are preventing the leader of Mali from wiping out a country of his choosing (I’ll bet on America) with sarin gas.

But I have a few questions. Why is Captain Boomerang a good guy, and why does he look so much like Arsenal? Where is Arsenal? Who is the new black chick, and why does she seem to have the same powers as one of the Outsiders former members who was white?
Well, what I do know is that Nightwing has gotten serious, and this series continues to be one of the best, if not the best, in mainstream DC. Need I say more?
