Manhattan Guardian #4 |
Well, what can I say? The Guardian is not only the crappiest character in Grant Morrison’s Seven Soldiers of Victory, but one of the worst characters ever. Such a cliché ex-cop turned hero should not even have entered Morrison’s brain, much less his brilliant Seven Soldiers line. The only redeeming factors in this series are the hilarious hobo pirates and the Newsboy Army, a kid super group with classic style. But this series is a tall order to redeem. Get it if you want the whole Seven Soldiers set, or some toilet paper. Otherwise, don’t waste the trees it was unceremoniously pooped onto. -Fumanchu |
